Today is all about the wrap--the eagle wrap! we work hips and shoulders to find the fits and create the patterns we want to create in our body and in our mind. The "skillful rut" comes from meditation teacher Alexis Santos, and we practice this throughout the class. We do both of the Katonah flows and work with a wall as well to make sure that we are where we think we are with our alignment and fits. Suggested props: wall, blocks, blanket
