A class to self-soothe and set you up for your day: think nestling in. We will nestle in between our hips and find the articulation of the circular motion that mirrors the rotation of the hip joint throughout the practice. We practice putting attention on the articulation as a form of soothing and staying in process when things can feel overwhelming. We end in a Katonahified plow pose. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, and strap
