For the days when your boundaries are being tested, or for when you just let them drop a little more than you intended, come to this class. We will firm those boundaries up with loving attention and leave you feeling strong in yourself. Think hip stability through setting and re-setting over and over. We move in and out of form and then take the repetition into our half moon and revolved half moon at the wall. Suggested props: blocks, wall.
