In today's class (Katonah/flow), we work with negative visualization (a practice where we visualize our life without something we have) to shift us into a space of gratitude. Through the class, we work on opening the shoulders and upper back area to encourage this open-hearted attitude. Think lots of interlaced hands behind the back, humble warriors, and conscious shoulder placement. We end with some headstands and some neck/shoulder/jaw self-massage. If you're feeling like you are stuck in a lack-mentality, start here. Suggested props: blankets, blocks, strap, wall if desired for headstands. Recorded April 2025.
