In today's class we work to get unstuck, through moving energy through the joints, specifically focusing on the hips (primarily) and shoulders (secondarily). We work our technique, our form, and our measure to get out of habit, out of pattern, and into freedom. We do a lot of stabilization with expansion, using the breath to help deepen our connection to the poses and embodiment. Suggested props: blocks, blankets, strap. Recorded April 2025.
