Over and over we look to re-center ourselves. How do we come back to our homeostatic state? Practice! This is a Katonah based practice with a lot of side-bending (hello vulnerability!). We move into hanumanasana (splits) and pincha. Block are your friends in a Katonah practice: blocks, a blanket, and a strap are recommended (or similar items!).
