When it feels like inspiration is nowhere to be found, call it in! We do this today by losing our concentration on the head--by releasing our hold. This is mandala style Katonah-based flow. Expect lots of spinning, releasing, and opening to what's available to us on the other side. Suggested props: blocks (There are a few minutes of audio that are not very clear during minutes 3-18, but the sound quality improves after that--if you can make it through, it's worth it!)
