Katonah: Stoke and Tend your Fires

In today's practice, we stoke the three fires of our body-as-a-house and get a lot of heat going, and then we come down, low and slow, for some long pigeon holds. A great practice if you are feeling the need to go within, to hibernate, or just to warm up on a winter's day. All props are suggested for Katonah practices.
