The Earth is Our Mother
This is a short, grounded, feel-your-connection-to-earth practice. Not much if any prior yoga knowledge is needed, but advanced practitioners will also feel good in this supported practice.

Use this meditation for when you need to calm down, like to find a very deep level of calm. If things are feeling flustered or unsettled for any reason, this is the meditation to come to.

This meditation helps you reframe anything that has felt hurtful, release its power, and find yourself centered again.

Shift What is Heavy to Grounding

Meditation Day 9: Curious Compassion
This meditation is for the days you feel stuck in an emotion. We will explore the emotions and find compassion for our selves. No previous experience required! Suggested props: block or pillow or blanket to sit on.

Emptiness is a paradigm in Buddhism where we pull away layers of meanings we have on objects and people and events in our lives. The more layers we pull away, the better we are able to respond without reacting, to see things how they really are, and to find joy in the world around us.
