  • Every Day Flow

This flow is one you can do every day. Wake up, run to your mat, and move.

  • Burn Through It!

This class is for when everything is driving you nuts; when you just CAN'T anymore. Run to your mat, and power through this strength-based, conditioning-focused yoga class. Who says yoga is easy??

  • Simplicity is Greatness

This is an everyday style flow, twist, balance, backbend, forward bend, and go class. Everything you need packed right in, and with the reminder that simplicity is profoundly great.

  • Amp Up the JOY!

This is the LEAST serious yoga class you've ever taken. And it is SUPER silly and fun and dance-y and full of... you guess it, JOY! Have fun, y'all!

  • Kick Your Own Butt

This class is to get you into gear. Because you have what it takes to do what you need to do. Get on your mat, kick your own butt, and get on with it.

  • Ganesha Removes Obstacles

This short flow is to help you get around, over, under, and through an obstacle; to BE the way over it, AND to work with your community to get around it. No way that obstacle is stopping you now!

  • The Earth is Our Mother

This is a short, grounded, feel-your-connection-to-earth practice. Not much if any prior yoga knowledge is needed, but advanced practitioners will also feel good in this supported practice.

  • Meditation Day 2: Resilience

This is a 15 min meditation on resilience: how meditation builds it, how we practice it, how we live it. Also Day 2 in the 40 day challenge! (But stands alone perfectly well!)

  • Meditation Day 3: Peaceful Patience

In today's meditation, we work with ujjayi breath and in finding and cultivating our patience. Good when you need to slow down, calm down, or just re-center.

  • Meditation Day 5: Interconnectedness (universal)

This meditation is the grand connector--from the earth to the universal.

  • Meditation Day 4: Interconnectedness (human)

Feeling lonely or alone? Feeling disconnected? This is the meditation for you.

  • Meditation Day 6: Dive Deep

Today's meditation is good for when you might be feeling a little distracted: use it to focus in and dive deep inside.

  • Meditation Day 7: Root yourself

Use this meditation for when you need to calm down, like to find a very deep level of calm. If things are feeling flustered or unsettled for any reason, this is the meditation to come to.

  • Meditation Day 8: Refining Internal Vocabulary

This meditation helps you reframe anything that has felt hurtful, release its power, and find yourself centered again.

  • Shift What is Heavy to Grounding

This is a short practice to help you change what is feeling heavy in your body to a sense of grounding. It's specifically for when you feel too heavy to move. Get to your mat, and I'll facilitate the rest. (Katonah practice--www.katonahyoga.com for more info about the practice!)

  • Meditation Day 9: Curious Compassion

This meditation is for the days you feel stuck in an emotion. We will explore the emotions and find compassion for our selves. No previous experience required! Suggested props: block or pillow or blanket to sit on.

  • Meditation Day 10: Transitions

This meditation is to help you find your strength amidst any transitions you are currently in. Sit down, tune in, and set yourself up to make it through this.

  • Meditation Day 11: Patience as Life

We practice patience regularly so that we can begin to live it. What happens if patience is what we pay attention to rather than time?

  • Meditation Day 12: Listen More Deeply

This meditation helps you attune to all levels of listening: the physical space around you, your body, people in your life, and your intuition. By moving through the different types of listening, we will learn and train ourselves to listen more deeply.

  • Meditation Day 1: Observe

This is an intro meditation. Good for anyone, but especially good for beginners. This is also Day 1 in a 40 day challenge! Learn to be the observer.

  • Meditation Day 14: Waves of Impermanence

For when you're feeling stuck in your emotions. For when something feels like it has been lasting for-ever. For when you want to be comforted by your breath.

  • Meditation Day 13: Cultivate Emptiness

Emptiness is a paradigm in Buddhism where we pull away layers of meanings we have on objects and people and events in our lives. The more layers we pull away, the better we are able to respond without reacting, to see things how they really are, and to find joy in the world around us.

  • Meditation Day 15: Miracles

Today we practice the mantra-based style of meditation, with a recorded chant to help keep us focused. Original music by Aykana available here: https://open.spotify.com/track/0hHvOrDoqdHnLDnh3SlGpZ?si=xnU5hhCXSyiDgIOL7-e8mA. Today's chant: Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad

  • Meditation Day 16: Let Be

This meditation shifts the focus from "letting go" to "letting be." How can we be at peace with what has happened/with what is happening?
